Your jeans don’t have to be disposable. At Denim Surgeon, we restore, reinforce, and repair denim so you can keep wearing the jeans you love — without sacrificing comfort, style, or authenticity. Whether it’s a crotch blowout, busted zipper, or worn knees, our team has seen it all and repaired it all.

Crotch Repair (with damage): $45+
Crotch Reinforcement (without damage): $30+
Blowouts happen — but that doesn’t mean your jeans are finished. We reinforce and repair this high-stress area so your jeans are wearable again, with added durability.

Repair up to 5”: $25+
Knees wear down faster than most areas. Some holes are meant to be — but they can quickly get out of control. We restore distressed jeans to their original state, preserving the look while preventing further tearing. If a knee hole widens, we can stitch the horizontal sides to bring it back down to size, just as it once was.

Front Pocket (exterior): $20+
Extend Pocket Lining: $25+
Pocket Bag Lining Repair: $25+
Full Pocket Bag Replacement: (1) $55 / (2) $90

Pockets see constant wear — we restore them to working condition or replace them entirely. We offer full front pocket replacements, and if you’d like to personalize your jeans, you can even provide your own fabric for us to use. From ripped edges to worn-out linings, our goal is to keep your jeans both functional and unique.

Belt Loop Repair: $15
No more sagging waistbands — we’ll reattach or replace loops to restore support. Lost a belt loop? No worries, we have them!
