2 Package and send your jeans

3 We will contact you with a quote for your repair/alteration

4 As soon as we get the "Go Ahead" from you, we will start working on your jeans

5 Before you know it, you'll get your jeans back ready to wear!

Use this repair form to send us your jeans, please use one repair form per pair of jeans.

Be sure to include name, phone number & email address on form
